1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@brewxs.com to request a return.

  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@brewxs.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is:

  1. Return the item you currently have (following the steps above).

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  2. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@brewxs.com.
